Meschio river: the river has always been an important sustenance for the economic activities of the inhabitants, who drew food and energy from the water. The name derives from the Latin mixtus, meaning mixed, stirred, recalling its function as a collector of the waters of numerous streams that flow into it. The Meschio river in Cordignano is crossed by no less than seven bridges.
Cordignano Castelat Castle: an ancient fortification located on Col Castelier, dating back to the 11th century, it was probably demolished towards the end of the 15th century by the Turks. Today only its ruins remain.
